You quoted who it's from, and it's not the forum's IP unless the forum employees developed it for the forum or it's being assigned to the forum. Thats obvious. In that part you are right.

So guys, can we move in from this OT diversion? I'm more interested in what people have to contribute, rather than the minutiae of how the contributed it. Thats just noise.
