Can Da Vinci Resolve accomplish multiple-screen renderings like the A Cappella app?

Not directly. You can work around it with nested timelines, but it might not be the best solution.

Thank you, Uli- I appreciate your thoughts. I have not worked with nested timelines before.

What exactly do you need? What is the full resolution and how many screens will it be split into?
It might be a job to share between DR and AE. We once made a huge split projection that way for an art gallery.

Thank you again, Ulli!
I am thinking initially of four panels, each playing different parts of music.

Resolution would be for YouTube.

That shouldn't be a problem for any decent machine with a good GPU, since YT maxes at 4K. So, each 'screen' would be only HD. Just use a UHD timeline, four tracks and scale/position them with the inspector.

I was thinking of something much more massive – we did 16K ;-)
