Hi. I'm having trouble finding a mount for my BMPCC 4K that will fit the shape and size of the SanDisk Extreme Portable SSD, other than the smallrig universal mount. I tried a nice metal adjustable mount that I have for my phone, but the SSD is too long or too thin and won't stay in.

How have others mounted theirs to their cage (I'm using the smallrig full cage)?

there is no mounting option for the sandisk
only samsung T5 or angelbird (may fit?)

I use Velcro (hook & loop fastener tape) on my external SSD drive and a small, flat metal plate bolted to my SmallRig cage.

I have one of these on each of my 2 P4K rigs with the Tilta cage. They work like a charm. I have it mounted on the top-left section of the cage.

I second that this is a good solution.

I have the Angelbird drives and they have a holder that fits right on any cage as well.

check under phone holder, there are a tons of solution with grip and hole to mount later on cage.
me too use velcro to mount ssd to sunhood.
