Bottom Of bmpcc 6k touch screen is not working

Please I need immediate assistance! Bottom of screen is not working. Just downloaded new update. cant select language due to this problem. What can I do TODAY!!! I film music videos everyday.

I had the same issue last week.

First I was filming and then the screen started going crazy. I looked and the bottom of the screen was getting ghost touches. The clicked at the bottom of the screen and went into my card options...then format...then it held the format button...and my card started formatting half way through an interview. I lost the interview. I had to start again.

I freaked out thinking the camera was hacked over bluetooth.

The next day the bottom half of the screen wasnt working.

Then the day after, the whole screen stopped.

I updated firmware but not I am stuck on the language select screen.

Please can someone help. and PLEASE BLACKMAGIC WHY CANT I CONTROL THE SCREEN USING THE WHEEL AND BUTTONS AS A BACKUP!!!!!?!??!?!?!?!

Omg, same issue. I had couple places where touch didn't worked, decide to update firmware and now I'm stucked on the same language choosing screen. PLEASE BLACKMAGIC HELP US SOMEHOW. Just release firmware where I can aprove by pressing some physical button!!! I'm from Ukraine, I can't ship it to you, I can't buy new screen, I can't repair it here, cuz we don't have any official blackmagic offices. PLEASE DO SOMETHING!

I am having the same problem too. The lower part of my touch screen is not working. I am stuck on the select language page after updating the firmware hoping that would be the fix. Help, please!
