Image Sharpness

We have an issue that our Black Magic 4K doesn't focus sharp when filmed with a wider angle. When we film very close to the object it is 100% sharp. An image where we compared our black magic with another exact same black magic and lenses is attached.
Has anyone an idea why our footage is not 100% sharp?

How about giving more information on the setup if you want more than a guesstimate...

Bad shimming, maybe? First look into my crystal ball.
Now that the cat #19 is out of the bag, test it as much as you can and use the subforum.
