Do you have an active adapter for the Sigma lens? From my understanding, they haven't made a MFT version of the lens yet.

I'll get Nikon mft speedbooster and I meant Sigma 18-35mm f/1.8 F mount. Sorry for not mentioning it.

The Canon version of this lens is shipping in limited supply. From my understanding, the Nikon version isn't supposed to start shipping until October. I have the Nikon version pre-ordered as well and I've not found any evidence that anyone has actually received one.

I would stick it out if you can. Everything I see about this lens is really impressive, and nothing else is going to be nearly as good at it's price point.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong (I don't have a Speedbooster), but I believe you need to have Nikon lenses that are fully manual to make it work on the BMCC MFT since the mount doesn't have any electronics. I believe the Sigma requires the electronics, so that lens wouldn't work with that system. Redrock (I believe once again, I don't have this) has an adapter that allows you to change the electronic aperture.

You're wrong ;)

All Nikon lenses control their aperture via a small lever at the base of the lens. The MFT / Nikon Speedbooster has an aperture ring that moves that lever in 1/2 stop increments, giving you full control over the aperture manually.

This is why I always by Nikon lenses or Nikon versions of lenses - that little lever means that with a cheap adapter, you can get manual aperture control on any camera.

Nikon G work in mechanical adapter 50-150 $. Canon EF work in electronic adapter RedrockMicro 550$

Glad to know I'm wrong. Agh, EF glass continues to drive me nuts...
