Did I get a lemon or am I crazy?

Just got the BMCC MFT and there are a few things going on. First, the touch screen image freezes now and then. So when I hit REC it records but the screen still says I'm not. The touchscreen itself has a few dark spots on which are minor but still kind of a bummer. Then there's turning it off. If you don't release your finger at just the right moment it comes back on. And I mean it has to be precise. I've yet to do it on the first try. So is this just minor stuff that's going to go away?

I'm not sure about the dark spots on the monitor...but as for the On/off thing, Just hold for 1 sec and let go, it should shut off.

The freezing screen happened to me, but it was the way I formatted my SSD. Once I went back and reformatted it properly, it worked fine.
