I shot this a while ago for Roc Nation Sports - it just went online. It's a short profile on Skylar Diggins about her graduation and draft to the WNBA.
It's not really the type of shoot that I do normally. I wouldn't say I'm 100% content with the results but it was definitely a trial by fire for using the BMCC. (literally fire, it was nearly 100 degrees in the scorching sun). I shot on ProRes film mode and did the color grading myself using Antler's plugin for FCPX. Don't judge his plugin based on my grade, though, I'm fairly mediocre at color grading. In more capable hands I think it could look a lot better. Also the client didn't want it to look ultra-produced.
Anyway, thanks for any feedback or questions.
