How come the Blackmagic RAW player doesn't have any metadata

How come the Blackmagic RAW player doesn't have any metadata on it? It would be very useful when you're just scrolling through your clips during the initial phase.

Anyone know if there are considerations to implement metadata for the clips on the Blackmagic Raw player itself in the near future?

It doesn't help with your question, but you know that it does have a lot of the metadata in the finder itself (on Mac anyway) when you "get info", or even just in viewing the files in the finder window....(codec, lens, shutter angle etc)

What finder window? I'm on Windows10.

And I'm referring to the bare-bones Blackmagic RAW player itself.

Just want to note that this is one of Kyno's strengths: https://lesspain.software/kyno/

If one purchases an Angelbird product, the two companies have an arrangement that can be used to get a 90 day trial of Kyno and a 30% discount. Kyno also offered a 30% discount as a 2020 Black Friday promotion.
