Bought my first Ursa broadcast camera with studio viewfinder and i connect the viewfinder and cannot get a picture on viewfinder. i have searched and cant find any real information on trouble shooting this problem. any help someone can give me i need to use the camera tomorrow and would like for it all to be working so i dont have to rely on onboard screen.

Set your SDI output standard for the Monitoring port TO level B The viewfinders dont work on Level A..
