Hi, I just recieved my BMPCC and when I put the cap on it does not "click". On my BMCC the cap does click and I have to press the grey button to release it, as I do with the lenses. Is this normal or is the "click" mechanism broken? The grey button on the BMPCC also makes some noise all the time, as if it is not tightly fitted, it does not make any noise on the BMCC ...... are your cameras like this or shall I send it for repair? This is normal. You can drill a hole in the cap for the locking pin to click into.

The cap doesn't click in. It simply just turns and locks in to the body.

As for the button, it is made to have some play in it.
