The in camera screen calibration is a revolution for BMD since in camera memory card formatting.
I've been pushing them for about a year to have in camera screen calibration and the ability to shift the tint control. I think this will be a standard feature for all new cameras from now on. I hope they bring it out on the current Video Assists.

Well, the admins changed my headline.

I asked BMD not to put green bananas like Pocket 6kpro or 7.3 into the market.

Except for cameras that pass the QC with calibrated monitors.

I wish it would be possible to assign more then one function to the preset buttons.

For example Grid and Frame guides.

Screen display changes over time, even with perfectly calibrated screen at some stage will develop colour shifts.

It just means there is an option to change colour and temperature. My Pocket 6k Pro is perfect and don't need calibration that does not mean at some point I wont ever need it. When the time comes and there is colour shift I have that option but who knows when that might happen.

All my previous BMD cameras and VA has less than accurate colour to what I'm recording, some way off.

You are aware I was being sarcastic.
But to your comment I do have to admit all our Red screens and EVF look the same as day one.

My UM4.6k screen got greener over time and I don't use it that aften before it died. If monitor screen shift colour slowly over a long period of time you can get use to it and not notice the change until you see a calibrated screen next to it.
