Went to pick up a camera and it was separated at the seams

I went to pick up a camera and it was separated at the seams, has anyone experienced anything like this or other QC issues to watch out for?

Ouch! Bummers man.

I had a bubble in the rubber portion of the grip that went away but wow! You can really see the circuitry on that thing.
