Blackmagic Cinema 4K Pro?

PostSat May 01, 2021 1:20 pm

Does anyone think this would be worth making? Though 6K is great, really I’d like a MFT’s version at 4K, with all the new features and form factor of the new 6K Pro. Like I want the LP battery slot, and new battery grip. I want the viewfinder option. I want the tilt screen. Not sure about the internal ND filter, since I imagine that would interfere or break with speed boosters, but if it doesn’t, then sure that too.

The speedbooster wouldn't interfere with the internal NDs of a MFT BMPCC4k at all as it would be attached to another camera entirely.

Actually, who needs the tilt screen, but a BMPCC4k with the internal NDs would be scrummy. :D

Yeah! I loved the new features, but I have no interest in 6K for now.
I live and work on a Sailboat, working with 6k would make me spend more energy with faster notebooks and more storage. More resolution is cool but in my project I think it will not worth it. ND filters would be great in my working environment.

A Blackmagic Cinema 4K Pro camera with a flipping monitor would be my dream LOL!
Anyway, I love the Blackmagic Cinema 4K, what a great camera for the price!!!
