Camera 7.3.1 on 6K Pro question

PostSat May 08, 2021 12:56 pm

Both my 6K and 6K pro are updated to Camera 7.3 and are performing well.
I hesitate to update the 6K pro to Camera 7.3.1 prior to seeing feedback from users who have done it.
Any feedback from users who have done it?
Thank you.

So, 3 days, 207 views and not even one answer :(
No one updated the 6K pro to Camera 7.3.1?
No one who may have updated the 6K Pro Camera 7.3.1 noticed any change, for good or for bad :?:

I updated it, but haven't had much of an opportunity to try it out.

I couldn't see much difference to 7.3, so not sure what it fixed - it didn't seem to break anything though.

I too also own the P6K Pro but haven't updated to 7.3.1 (like so many others) simply because NO ONE understands what the update is for and blackmagic aren't really explaing what its for also.

Do you feel comfortable with 7.3 installed on the Pocket 6K? If I understood it correctly installing the 7.3.1 on the pocket 6K non pro without first upgrading to 7.3 essentially just update the firmware on the pocket 6K to v7.3. Is that right?

I've been using 7.3 for quite a while now. I like it!

As I wrote in the first post here, I updated both the 6K and the 6K Pro to Camera 7.3 and both cameras work well for me.
As I wrote in the first post here, I didn't install yet Camera 7.3.1 update on any camera.
