Not much juice from Juicedlink

I've been playing with my new RA333 and so far it's not going so well. Even if I turn the gain to the max and put the BMCC mic settings at 100% I barely get something good. If I put the mic input at 23% like recommended by Juicedlink I'm at about 12 DB too low. I made other tests with a Shure FP33 and everything is great. The only way I can get enough sound out of the Juicedlink is by using the headphone output instead of the mic out level, which defeats the purpose of using the -16 DB safety output. The mic gain is also at 100%.

Anybody had a similar problem? Did I get a defective unit?

Seems Frank experienced a difference in output with a balanced and an unbalanced output into the bmcc.

It's all in the above topic.

I just returned from shooting 22 interviews in the Chicago area using the Juiced Link BMC366 linked into the Zoom H6 and the BMCC and the audio was flawless! Please contact Juiced Link and I know they'll help you out.
