BMPCC - IRIS Manual Settings

Hi Guys,
How do I manually change the IRIS? According to the manual, I pressed 'IRIS' button then I can use up and down arrow to adjust it. But I tried and nothing happened. On the status bar nothing appeared but "--". Can anyone please help? Thanks

I'm using Sigma 30MM EX DN F2.8. The website said the minimum aperture is f22.

Something is wrong with either the contacts of the lens or your camera. The menu bat should should 2.8 as your starting iris.

Nope. I think it's more that the aperture controls on some Sigma lenses aren't working with the BMD firmware at the moment:
