BMCC EF mount Dead on arrival - overheats while turned off

I just received camera on 17/10/2013 from DPANDA, it's dead on arrival.
This is what I email them.

It's 12:23 am Saturday, 19th October
I received BMCC on Thursday, haven't even used it once. It has following issues, the camera became burning hot twice, I mean literally you can not touch that much hot in box and its not turned on or not even connected with power.
Today this happened third time, when I came home and looked at box The camera was burning HOT. Not warm, too HOT to pick up. The screen was dark and no fan was running. I brought in a desk fan and directed it at the camera for several hours. At that point I pressed the turn on button…and…it revved up with a screen image and the fan operating. The charge indicator showed that it had only a 10% internal charge. I turned it off and attempted to turn it on again. No luck.
All these symptoms seemed to indicate that the charging circuit is faulty, that perhaps the screen was faulty as I could not see if the camera is on or not. Perhaps the fan is faulty as well as no fan turned on to cool the camera for its 4 hour hot run. Perhaps there was an internal short. And if the camera had any kind of internal protection thermostat it is clearly not working.
Based on this erratic behavior, I think this is not a camera to repair. Since I had never even used it and only had it for two days, rather than send a brand new non functioning camera in for repair, I would request you to replace this with a new camera.
If you can get back to me ASAP that will be really appreciated.

Can anyone help me with this situation , I m flying overseas next Friday. And I have planned my shooting there. Thanks in advance for your help.
