BMPCC Panasonic Lumix 35-100mm Lens Focus Issue

I had the same issue on another Panasonic lenses the H-HS12035, which was fixed by a recent firmware update.
Seems that both the H-HS serious have issues with firmware 1.1. The other LUMIX lenses that I have work fine, the H-FS100300 and the H-H020.
After updating the 12-35 to firmware 1.2 it also now works flawlessly.
Wonder if this is a panasonic issue, is there a work around for the Pocket Camera?
