Banding noise experience
I just exchanged a round of emails with US support and am quite disappointed in my experience.
I bought a BMCC 2 months ago and soon found 2 problems. The camera would turn on by itself (only when inserting it in a foam case with a cage attached) and the noise banding. The second problem was verified with footage sent to BM and they issued an RMA.
After 2 1/2 weeks, they responded they found nothing wrong with the camera and did I have any questions before they sent it back. I told them to ship it back to me.
1 week later I had not received the camera nor been given a tracking number so I emailed again. Response? Oh, they're getting ready to ship today. A week to ship a customers camera…
