Need help with Rig information

Currently I am looking for a way to mount my H4N & Rode NTG2 via a rode shock-mount adapter (with 1/4 thread) to my 15mm rig. I have purchased an arm for the H4N, but now I need something that will work with the cold shoe adapter on the bottom of the shock-mount for the shotgun mic.

I will not always be using a boom mic and would like a way to get this mic onto the rig itself. I usually have used ENG cameras where there is a built in mic holder on the camera itself.

I already have the shock mount, Im looking for an arm that will connect the shock mount to the 15mm rails on the rig itself.

This seems to be what Im looking for, I have two extra 15mm rails I would most likely need a 90* adapter to make this work. Unless you know of a 15mm arm that you can purchase?

[EDIT] While looking through the website you provided I ended up finding exactly what I needed. I got essentially what you linked with a double ball joint mount & cold shoe adapter at the top!

Glad it helped you. I was building my own setup using these parts. They are manufactured in China but are very good quality.
