Can one control 2 HDLinks on same host computer?

I am thinking of purchasing 2 x HDLink's to feed the same LUT to two seperate SDI monitors on set. I intend to use the loop-through feature on the HDLink's to feed my monitors. My question is:
Can I control two USB connected HDLink's at the same time with one host computer? This would simplify my workflow on set as I frequently switch LUT's over a shoot day.
