I were using the same settings in the same location,the only difference was shooting hours.
On the first shoot, picture 1 you can see that student skin is pink in the second picture color is fine.
How can i prevent getting such a result in future?

This is a lightning issue,not a camera issue.

You may be able to correct the magenta cast by simply shifting the tint towards the green (giving the tint a minus value). You can see in the pink shot the walls look very neutral, but in the good shot, the walls have a green cast.

Generally, filming at different time points necessitates manually grading the shots so that they match.

But here’s what you can elaborate so that it’ll be easier to provide informed recommendations:
• Camera (I’m guessing Pocket 6K Pro on the basis of your signature?)
• Whether it’s using Gen 5 or earlier colour science
• Lens
• Codec
• Selected dynamic range
• Types of lighting sources used
• Shooting and grading white balance and tint
• Grading environment – colour management, LUTs, protocols to standardize grading

You may want to read up on the color temperature of different light sources. In a classroom situation like this there is sunlight from the window (5600K-6500K) mixed with, most likely overhead fluorescents, that can be any where in the spectrum with major green spikes. Fluorescents of different brands and ages can have VERY different color characteristics. In a mixed light situation like this the direction the person's facing, proximity to the windows, etc can easily change the skin tone as you see in your samples. The human eye and mind adjusts to these changes automatically. The camera does not.
