Is BMCC full frame?

No it's approximately micro 4/3 size. Approximately.

Active Sensor Size: 15.81mm x 8.88mm = 18.13mm diagonal

Full frame is 36 x 24mm = 43.26mm diagonal.

The crop factor is therefore 2.38x with these measurements.
