Cannot control Iris on Ursa mini pro 4.6k G1

It was quite sometime I was not using my camera Ursa mini pro 4.6k G1, past 3months to be precise and today when I on the Camera found that there is no Iris control on camera touch screen anymore nor the iris keys work, iris is stuck at wide open. It was all fine before don’t understand what went wrong can anybody help me here? Lens I am using is Sigma 18-35.

Have you tested with another lens? Or this lens with another camera? Just to understand where is the problem.

Same problem. Have Iris control just fine on my Pocket 6ks’s. Have the latest firmware on the Ursa. Turn the camera off and on, pull the lens off, put it back on, still no iris.

have you test another lenses on ursa? i can use my 18-35 on pocket 6k and ump g1 without problem.
may be a problem on ef mount of ursa

Did you managed to solve the problem? I have the same issue on a URSA I bought recentlly and did not checked this issue. Itried the camera now and I saw that is not detecting Iris on none of my canon lenses. BMD does not service it anymore so I am courious if ther eis a fix for this. Thanks!

Do not forget one of the Advantages of the Sigma Lenses is that you can update the lens firmware with the Sigma USB DOCK ... I do not know about your exact problem , but I could solve some problems several years ago , updating the lens firmware .. The Dock is not very expensive , take care to select the one for your kind of Mount .. and with the Sigma Application it is easy to update their lenses to their latest firmware ..

The Camera Firmware , and the Lens Firmware work " hand in hand " together , and it's good to check that ..

With the dock , it is also possible to fine-tune the Auto Focus of their lenses , for those doing Still Photography , maybe also for those " vidéo " caméras with auto-focus capability ..

Could be corrosion of the contacts or a mount not fitting perfectly.
My Sigma still works (knocking on wood), just like a cheap, old 18-55mm kit lens.
