Stabilizing with the BMPCC

I have a Pocket which I've been playing with until I have the chance to work on my film some more. All seems to be going well, my only thoughts are with stabilizing. There tends to be some wobble (less now I've got a Viewfactor cage/handle) which I'd like to minimize. I've also noticed there is a slight wobble on my FD lens adapter, would this be making is worse?

Does anyone have any gear suggestions or tips for stabilizing hand held shots (not shoulder mount)?

The only thing I can think of is a lens support which can be attached to the 15mm rods and holds the bigger lenses inside a U shaped clamp. Lanparte makes it but its pricey. I've seen some generic ones on ebay as well. Try looking up the words "lens support". Hope it helps.

I tend to carry my Laing P-04 stabilizer with me. Its not ultra small but I can make it pretty compact instead of carrying a tripod all the time.

I bought the little Polaroid rig, it's very good. Just check in google
