I just turned on my BMCC, which I have been using since July with no problems. This morning - the screen was showing strange vertical lines - and you cannot see anything - I can't post a link to my video but has anyone had this problem. I think it needs to go back to BMD. I am based in the UK.
I have unplugged and reset the camera, taken the lens off, same thing - both AC powered or battery, ext and internal - same thing -massive vertical lines , total mess, no image whatsoever. I hit record and i think it records, but I cannot confirm as I am away from my comp and messaging from a comp on set.
No playback - same pixelated/ heavy vertical lined screen. HELP!
