Focusing

Hi,

I was wondering if there is an app where someone can see what's being filmed on the BMPCC6k and allow focus to be changed in real time?

Nope. Neither full res nor without latency.
Now that the cat #19 is out of the bag, test it as much as you can and use the subforum.

A combination of tools and an experience focus puller. My focus puller can nail focus using a Tilta Nano while monitoring on a Teradek connected monitor. Last time we shot the Teradek was unavailable so we went with a HollyLand 400. There was a latency but he got very close if not nailed it to and I will attribute it to his experience.

That's the way to do it. But I suppose Rob was looking for a smartphone app.

Blackmagic Design cameras had bt connection only, you cannot manage a good video signal with low latency to do a focus pulling, often also Wi-Fi had latency
