Hi,
I've shot Raw on BMPCC 4K many times and never had any issue. Just yesterday I rent the camera and shot Raw as usual, the Raw files can't be opened in Resolve 16. They can be played back on the camera but can't be opened by Resolve nor Raw Player. I got 6 Raw files shot on the camera, all of them have the same issue.
Just wondering if anyone has had the same problem or can help me to solve the issue. Many thanks.

if you have updated your camera to firmware 7.3 and gen5
you need minimum DR 17.1.1 for support of this gen5 BRAW files

Thanks Mark. I'm using Windows 7. It seems that I have to install Windows 10 to be able to run DR 17. Any workaround?

You need a modern computer, OS and Resolve version for a codec that was designed many years after W7 support was stopped. W10 is not an unreasonable requirement.

Ugrading is unavoidable for those files. If you don't like Windows 10, get a Mac. Even the Mac mini M1 is running BRAW very well. They'll probably get cheap on Ebay after Monday…
