Which slider is the best for smooth panning with hands or with motorized system for 5-12kg payload cameras.

For heavy cameras, get a Dana. The Dana’s can be configured multiple ways - as dolly, sliders, etc.

danadolly is your best bet.

I was given one of these after someone broke my heavy-duty homemade slider and it's been working great for about 18 months with no issues.... https://www.proaim.com/collections/all-sliders/products/proaim-3ft-curve-n-line-video-camera-slider-with-motion-control-system

You can't go wrong with a Dana Dolly.

I'm looking at the Syrp as another potential option these days for lighter setup. https://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/ ... lider.html
