Hey!
I need help to achieve in DaVinci Resolve the same Star Flare / Glow Effect present in this clip:

I don't think it is a layer tracked on top of the footage, I'm guessing it is something similar to the glow effect, where the software identifies the brightest pixels of each frame and make a glow around them, into a star shape in this case.
I'd be really thankful if someone could give me a hint on what is the best way to achieve this in Resolve.
