Gray image in the LCD and recording

The image recorded both on the LCD screen looks like the photo and video below.
Samyang 1.5T / 35mm lens attached. We tried the lens on another camcorder, loks like no problem.

How can i fix this probem? Image

On what camera? New or old camera? Have you tested with another lens?
Have you tried to reset camera and or update firmware?
Have you check sensor that is clean?
