Potential Buyer Questions

I do surf photography and have started doing short surf edits using my Nikon Z7. I am considering buying a BMPCC 4K. I am hoping to use my Nikon F4 300mm and an older Nikon Af 80-200mm. I am planning on buying wider MFT lenses (prob the Lumix 25mm f1.7) also. My understanding is that with the Nikon lenses on one of the cheaper metabones adapters I will be focussing and setting aperture manually on the lenses only. My question is really about how people have got on adapting Nikon lenses? I am anticipating that I am going to have to use narrow apertures for broad focal planes for the faster action in my videos but am just wondering about any issues/problems people have experienced adapting Nikon lenses. Any advice greatly appreciated.
