Okay, it looks like the (almost) unanimous verdict, the answer is:
"No", no current cellphone shoots video in a constant, stable framerate.

The attached screenshot is for a very short shot, about 18 seconds, and it doesn't specify whether it's constant or variable framerate.
Thus, I fail to see definite answer here.

As can be seen in my signature, I'm on a PC, no Mac here.
Few questions:
1. Is there any way to turn variable framerate video to a constant one on PC?
2. What happens to the audio sync, when audio is used along the video from a cellphone?
3. Can DaVinci Resolve handle clips with variable framerates coming from smartphones?
4. If yes, can they be edited together with other clips of constant framerates from video cameras?
