Hi friends.
I was wanting to buy memory for my future Ursa 12K purchase; I see on some of the specs that the Ursa can be hooked up to a U.2 NVMe drive somehow, I am guessing through the Ursa Mini Recorder adapter. I have used the Samsung T5 with no problems on my 6k and 4k. But I hope to get a drive that no matter what I throw at it on the Ursa, it can handle it. If I wanted to shoot in a higher frame rate I don't want to be worrying if I will drop frames on my CFAST card, and so forth.
Can I get some recommendations of what you all use with the 12K? Is the NVME the fastest compatible media? If so, what do I look for when I shop for the right NVME hard drive? Or is CFAST the way to go?
I have consulted the recommended list but always wonder how up to date it is.
thanks for sharing what works for you (and any details you can spare).
