As far as noise is concerned, it looks good.
But a frequent problem with the BMPCC og is fogging of the protective glass over the sensor, which you can't judge here, in particular if stored in a humid environment. Ask for a scene with good contrast and fine detail.
No, an iGPU is not enough, and you can't use HEVC 10 bit 4:2:2 in the free version.

The sensor seems to be fine, but I'm confused by the stripes on the screen
Is this highly critical?

Do you mean the gridlines (which can be turned off; some people use them as a compositional aid) or what looks like some vertical banding on the screen? Those look more like reflections to me (or artifacts of photo compression) than actual stripes on the screen itself but it's hard to tell.

stripes on the screen itself in the right corner, the seller said they do not affect the sensor in any way, which is confirmed by pictures from it.

I think you'll find that the screen isn't a great tool for monitoring your images in the first place so I wouldn't view this as a serious problem. The screen isn't very bright and you'll have trouble seeing it outdoors, especially on sunny days. However, attaching an external monitor to the original BMPCC is always risky because the micro HDMI input is not very strong and can be broken if you're not careful. As long as you have a cage with a good cable clamp an external monitor is a good solution, although of course it adds weight, bulk, and complexity. But with an external monitor you get a much better screen (and a sunshade can be added), false color and other tools, and in the case of a Video Assist the ability to make a backup recording (or to record in ProRes on the monitor and raw in the camera).
