Self Shot Films? Looking for visual references

PostWed Dec 08, 2021 5:16 pm

Hola!

I'm looking to see if there are any short films or feature films that were both directed/shot by and featured just one person. I.e The director was also the cinematographer and the featured character or subject.

This is for references for a project I'm working on, I'm intrigued to see what is possible under such limitations and if anyone has managed to create something dynamic and interesting within the obvious restrictions.

This can be in any genre whether documentary, scripted piece or anything in between.

Pretty niche, but figured it was worth an ask! Thanks in advance :)
