What frame rate do you expect to shoot?

BMPCC4k External ssd requirements for dci braw 3:1 cq

Just tested both my Wise CFast2 card 1TB and my Wise Portable SSD 4K drive both at 60 fps 4K 4096x2160 without any issues recording Q0. Tested with 3:1 as requested and both the SSD and CFast2 card passed, but I normally use Q0 or Q1.

I used a pair of Samsung T5's for a couple years. Last summer I was shooting in bright sunlight, high-q BRAW, and managed to trigger a frame drop recording shutdown. Just as the dragster i was there in place to shoot started his run.

His fastest run ever with that car. But he blew the motor at the end of the run, so done for the weekend. And all I got was the staging. Sigh.
.

I then got the Wise SSD. It is smaller and easier to rig mount, and you can't overload the writing speed.

Highly recommend it now. And yes, I shot another day at the strip a month later. Same settings, no dropped frames.
