Hello! I recently owned a Blackmagic Pocket cinema 6k and shoot with a Sigma 17-50 f2.8 lens. I want to ask you for your opinion about this lens and what are the best lens options for this camera. Thanks and greetings from Bulgaria!

I purchased the Sigma 18-35mm f1.8 which is a very good lens at a very good price but without IS it's shaky nature when hand-held means that I have been using a Canon EFS 18-55 F2.8 which solves a lot of the shaky problems, unless I am mounting the BMCC 6K Pro on my Manfrotto tripod.

I'm sure the 17-50 f2.8 is good as it has IS and I see the price is less than the 18-35mm.

The Sigma 17-50 f/2.8 lens is a good walk-about lens because it has IS. If you want a sharper and more creative lens, the Sigma ART series, like the all to known Sigma 18-35mm f/1.8 is a very good choice. There are many lenses out there and it all depends on what you are going to use them for. The DZOFilm Pictor zoom lenses (I am assuming you are interested in a Zoom), is a good lens for film work on a budget.
