(SOLVED) Weird Issue: CFast 2.0 Card Stuck in P6KPro

Never have had this happen before. But I have a CFast 2.0 Card stuck in my Pocket 6K Pro. I won't come out. Was put in correct from what I can tell. It's like the spring isn't engaged. I tested my Pocket 6K and the card comes out. All I do is press it in a bit and it pops back up. The Pro isn't doing this.

Anyone experience this before? Any solutions?

Tim, where exactly are you pressing onto the card? It only pops out if you press in the lower part, pressing in the upper does nothing.

I've now pressed all around. I looked at the P6K for a comparison. I think the spring under the card is stuck or something in the Pro. I'm not sure. I can't get the card out to look at it.

I'm going to contact BMD Support. Might have to send it to them for a fix.

Fixed! I managed to pull the card out carefully. I placed my fingers around it and gently pulled it out. Then, I stuck a small rod down and pushed the lever to engage the spring so it came back up.

I noticed on the CFast 2.0 Card a plastic piece of the track at the front sticking out a little. I pushed it back into place, and guided the card back in the card slot. The spring mechanism worked.

Lesson for everyone, double check the card because if the card's track is broken a little it can cause the card to get stuck.

Small dent in card found. I think something fell on the card. So that caused small damage. Ironically I can still use the card, but I’ll retire it anyways.

Ouch, that dent is the first I’ve seen in such a card. It looks harmless. Sorry it had such an impact on the physical mechanics.
