Urgent! Camera 7.7.3 Update

Hi everyone,

Camera Update 7.7.3 has been just released. Wanted to update our three 6k pros.
But to my surprise the cameras are not allowed to update although the update is specifically for the 6k pro. All of the Cameras are on 7.5.1

Does anybody know why the update screen says "Software is up to date"?

Hi Uli, yes I deinstalled the former version. But still it says: "Software is up to date".

Any other suggestion?

Not really. You may need too wait until someone with that camera reacts.

It only contains manufacturing related updates and has the same firmware version in the release as v7.5.1. So if you are already on v7.5.1, you are good and the software will not prompt you for an update.

or is it different when you update from 7.3.1 to 7.7.3?

It only contains manufacturing related updates and has the same firmware version in the release as v7.5.1. So if you are already on v7.5.1, you are good and the software will not prompt you for an update.

if you had read it, you would have noticed that this update
is only for some 6K pro, and not for the 4k.

The truth is that I didn't understand at all what this update created for the 6k Pro is for, but apparently it doesn't do anything on the 6k Pro.

Since it says For updating Blackmagic Cameras from Camera 4.0 or above I thought it meant from pk4 up

May you please disclose any specific manufacturing changes made in the latest BMPCC6K Pro units coming off the manufacturing line?

Yup, I am on 7.5.1 . Saw the new update, was happy for "Manufacturing improvements." but it wont update.
