Now what? Metabones Speedbooster BMCC = S35 mm

Just wondering if BMPC is really a big jump from BMCC after the Metabones launch Speedbooster wich makes our BMCC soooo close to S 35 and more DR? Just wondering.

The BMCC will have a wider Field of View than the BMPC4K with the new Metabones BMCC Speedbooster. "Big jump" depends on what you're looking for. The BMPC4K still has a global shutter and, of course, UltraHD if you need it. That's up to you if those features are necessary.

Plus the price difference:

BMCC w/ BMCC Speedbooster - About $2500
BMPC4K - $3995

Oh yes! Also the price difference, I've been testing 2,5 upscale to 4 K and it does not look bad at all, Hmmm...?

And I guess, nothing is going to stop you from putting a speedbooster on the BMPCC once it's around...

Did you mean putting a Speed Booster on the BMPC4K? The Speed Boosters for the BMD MFT cameras work because they are adapting lenses that have longer FFDs (flange focal distances( than the MFT mount on the camera supports. They use that space to accommodate their four, SB-MFT, to six, SB-BMCC and SB-BMPCC, element focal reducers. The BMPC4K in its first iteration as you know has an EF mount. So only lenses that have a reasonably greater FFD than EF lenses would be feasible. I’m sorry but I don’t know the extra space that would be required at a minimum.
