Is Cfast 2.0 dead?

Looking for Cfast cards, but Angelbird (which everyone recommends) has stopped making 256gigs verions, and other 'b-brands' are at almost 400 euros for a card now? That is insanely expensive. Anyone else noticed this?

I doubt it’s dead. Technically the RED Komodo and ARRI Alexa Mini both use CFast 2.0 as well. Then, the Canon C300ii still uses it, but the C300iii went to CFExpress.

It’s more than likely the chip shortage. There’s been a lot of supply issues lately.

I don’t think it’s dead. I’m on a two year wait list for a Toyota RAV4 Prime which is partially because of a chip shortage.
