Ursa 12k - orientation metadata?

PostFri May 20, 2022 5:33 pm

We are hoping this is possible - if an Ursa 12k is shot on its side or upside down, is that orientation data available anywhere in the metadata? We've been able to use RED's gyro data to determine camera orientation, but have been unable to find anything similar in the BRAW.

In resolve there is a clip attribute where you can specify the orientation, but I think is not filled like braw metadata from actual cameras.

You can change it for more than one clip in the Clip Attributes.
Now that the cat #19 is out of the bag, test it as much as you can and use the subforum.

You can assign something in Resolve, sure, but this is a question about whether or not the data exists in the BRAW from the camera.
