Yeah I have the same thing on the pocket, I started seeing it as soon as I updated to 1.5.1, I was going to start a topic but then noticed it wasn't in my actual footage or hdmi out so figured it wasn't worth it.
I happens in both Video or Film curve mode but easier to see in video. It's on the darkest shadows and I assume it's a feature not a bug, it looks like it's warning me of crushed shadow detail; like how zebras warn of clipped highlight detail. I tried turning zebras off but the under exposure still flikers so maybe that's a bug (the fact that you can't turn them off) or maybe its really just a horrid LCD lol. ...Or maybe it's the beginning of a false color option

. Either way I wouldn't worry about it too much.
If you want to test it at home here is my recomendation:
1. Set curve to video.
2. Set ISO to 200
3. Set shutter to 180
4. Point it at some dark shadows (but not the show)
5. Close down the iris until you see a very faint flickering.
