Blackmagic 6K G2 - Nikon to Canon adapter?

Hello,

Will the Blackmagic 6K G2 work with Nikon lenses if you use an adapter? If yes, is there a good adapter you can recommend?

I'm thinking of buying a 6K G2 but I have only Nikon lenses that I'd like to keep using.
