I'm using BMPCC 6k with samsung T5 500gb and 1TB, tilta usbc cable.
Recently I upgraded my bmpcc 6k to 7.9 firmware, yesterday I use the bmpcc 6k to shoot an interview video, using 6K 50fps 8:1 BRAW, after recording for 18mins i stop it, but the camera time code freezes and remains red. I can't restart the time code and force me to cut down power and restart the camera. But I found out there is only the first 8mins footage left with my 18mins clip
, half of my footage is gone 
. later on, I do a lot of recording tests with my bmpcc, I shoot BRAW but the footage will lost after 8mins in any compression ratio, within 8mins are just fine, but recording over 8mins will happen freezing problem.
my bmpcc working just fine before update to 7.9, I immediately downgrade it to 7.7.3 and the problem solve. what is just happened, the 7.9 firmware almost ruin my business
