screen bug with update 7.9

I installed version 7.9 on my blackmagic 4k camera, and then calibrated with the new calibrate function sir, when i calibrated my camera went crazy, it started clicking everywhere, so i turned off my camera but still the same, after that I tried to go back to version 7.3 but the camera was frozen on the language selector screen so if I go back to version 7.9 now I can't do anything.

- If anyone knows how to fix this please help me.
I have spoken with blackmagic customer service and nothing
