Help...When I connect the pocket to my windows pc via usb, it is recognized as a BMPCC by windows. Then I open the BM software to update the firmware (running 1.5.1 on software), but when it starts I get the error "Connect Blackmagic Camera via USB!".

Any help?

You need it turn the camera on, once BM software loads, try power cycling the camera BEFORE loading update.
