I have been doing some research on youtube and reading a lot of reviews. Some users mentioned that certain battery and Adapters can fry your camera.

I am shooting a feature and looking for a good battery that can give me 4-5 hours recording in B-Raw 4DCI.

Any recommendations?

Batteries from Bebob (Germany), Hawkwood (UK), IDX (Japan), Anton Bauer (US) are among the manufacturers I would recommend. I own batteries from all of them, no complaints.

Use the D-Tap to 2‑pin locking connector cable from the Blackmagic Camera DC Cable Pack.

Then you need a cage where you can mount a simple v-mount plate, like from Tilta.
